M. Tarık Çağlayan worked as a senior commercial manager in the cement industry for many years and then, with his rich experience, founded Çimtaş Cement Logistics and CMT Group companies in the early 2000s and carried them to today. As of now, we have grown into a group of 7 companies with 150 employees. In the cement sector, we successfully operate in the distribution of cement in Istanbul, one of the largest markets in the world, and in the Thrace region, one of the largest markets in Turkey, with a fleet management focused on customer satisfaction. We maintain the same success in Antalya, Central Anatolia and Aegean regions.

In the ready-mixed concrete sector, we operate with our Güven Beton company. We are in the market with a total of 4 ready-mixed concrete facilities in Esenyurt and Silivri Selimpaşa in Istanbul, and in the Airport Döşemealtı region in Antalya, acting in connection with our cement side. We adopt a business approach based on the principles of respecting our customers and employees, using technology and renewing ourselves.

We have also entered the marble sector to reach our production and export targets. We see great opportunities in this sector as our country accounts for 40% of the world’s marble production. Cimtas Marble, which produces 1.000.000 m2 of natural stone annually in its factory consisting of high-tech machinery parks in Burdur Bucak Organized Industrial Zone close to Antalya, provides national and international project services of all types and sizes with its product range processed with a special selection approach. Our company, which always prioritizes its customers and their demands, continues the necessary research and development activities in this direction.
